You can simply go to Indian Govt. Passport site 

https://portal1.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink

Then click New User?Register Now 

There will be open Registration Form you can fill your details then click register

Then open your Email account and verify the Email account 

Then again your passport site is reopen and now you can click on Existing User? Login

Then enter your User ID and Password which you created in registration form

Then fill your Full Details kindly note that you fill your truly and accurate information otherwise your passport will be rejected

Then chose your appointment date and make the online payment after that you get on confirmation slip having your details your Passport Center address, your Sequence No. timing of your visit for Passport Center.

If you apply Normal Passport it will be Delivered with in 20 to 25 Days

If you apply Tatkal Passport it will be Delivered with in 3 to 4 Days

Normal Passport Fee:- Rs. 1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred Only)

Tatkal Passport Fee:- Rs. 3500/- (Three Thousand Five Hundred Only)
